Signing in to the TadHealth Help Center

Where the Help Center moved and how to sign in

Written by Jareena

The TadHealth Help Center is now at help.tadhealth.app, and most articles require you to be signed in to TadHealth. This keeps our guides available to the schools and districts we work with, and no one else.

If you followed an old link

Bookmarks and saved links pointing at intercom.help/tadhealth no longer work. They will not send you to the right place on their own. Please update them to help.tadhealth.app.

How to read an article

  1. Sign in to TadHealth the way you normally do — the same link or bookmark you use for your district's TadHealth site.

  2. In the same browser, open help.tadhealth.app, or use a help link inside TadHealth.

Articles then open normally. You will not be asked for a second password, and you will stay signed in to the Help Center for about a week.

If articles still look missing

  • Check the browser. Signing in on your phone does not sign you in on your laptop. Use the browser where you are signed in to TadHealth.

  • Check you are still signed in. Open your district's TadHealth site in another tab. If it asks you to sign in, that is the problem.

  • Ad blockers and strict privacy settings can stop the Help Center from recognising you, with no error message. If you use one, allow intercom.com or try another browser.

  • Signed out recently? Sign back in to TadHealth, then reload the Help Center page.

Submitting insurance information for a student?

You do not need a TadHealth account. Use the link in the email you received. For questions about the form, see the TadHealth Verify FAQ.

Still stuck?

Use the ? button in the corner of this page to send us a message. You can do that whether or not you are signed in.
