Data Integrations Guide

This guide will walkthrough the technical integrations needed to sync TadHealth to your organization's platforms.

Welcome to TadHealth! We are excited to set up your organization and kickstart the TadHealth and CYBHI initiative with your community.

There are 3 components to integrating your organization’s data with TadHealth:

  1. SSO (Single Sign On)

  2. SIS (Student Information System)

  3. Insurance Collection

SSO Integration

SSO will be your preferred identity provider configured for your providers to log in. This integration is configured for the identified Providers. Students do not log in to the TadHealth platform.

We currently offer login with Google SSO or Microsoft SSO.

SIS Integrations

SIS sync is necessary to pull in accurate and up to date data on the students your providers will be working with.

Depending on your Student Information System, we can offer either OneRoster via API integration or a nightly sync using our native CSV files via SFTP.

Insurance Integrations

Insurance is the final step and should be configured after SSO and SIS are completed.

  1. If you are collecting insurance information, we may have the option of receiving that data via SFTP via .csv export.

  1. Note: If you wish to leverage our TadHealth Verify system as a primary or supplemental method of collecting insurance information, we will want to be sure that student guardian information is included in the synced data.
