What Is SFTP Sync?
This option allows school districts to “push” data to TadHealth. Districts generate multiple files in a TadHealth-specific CSV format and submit them to TadHealth using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). We suggest automating the process of exporting your data from your SIS and uploading it to TadHealth.

Sending over your files
Once you have prepared your files, you will need to drop them in the SFTP folder for your site using the following steps.
Reach out to [email protected] to obtain your SFTP credentials.
Once you have the credentials drop the files in your SFTP box.
Notify [email protected] and we’ll review the file before pushing a sync.
Once an initial sync is run, we recommend setting up a nightly sync within your SIS to ensure TadHealth has the most up to date data.
PowerSchool SFTP
If your organization uses PowerSchool, please see our PowerSchool Guide for more configuration details.
